Mr. Bouyakhf was appointed President EMEA in October 2024 (previously President Europe) and is responsible for business in the BIRKENSTOCK Group’s second largest region which unites two very diverse and multi-complex markets under one roof: Europe, which is the cradle of our brand, and the Middle East and Africa, a group of emerging countries with enormous growth potential. Mr. Bouyakhf joined the BIRKENSTOCK Group in May 2021. Mr. Bouyakhf previously worked with Nike for almost 20 years. He graduated from the University of Kassel with a degree in economics and intercultural management.
