As Vice President and member of the company’s senior executive leadership team, Jakub Nachtigall is responsible for BIRKENSTOCK production and logistics. His main mission is to prepare the supply chain for the next phase of growth – driving capacity growth in production and logistics, as well as enhancing supply chain organization and planning. He is also focused on enhancing the supply chain flexibility and efficiencies.

Prior to this, Jakub Nachtigall was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked for a decade. As a proven expert with a strong execution track record in strategy, organization, and large-scale change, he has focused on large scale transformations of footwear and apparel players.

In addition to his executional track record, Nachtigall holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics of the Univerzita Karlova in the Czech Republic, a Master of Science in Finance & Investment of the Rotterdam School of Management, and a M.A. in Quantitative Economics and Finance of the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
