Neal Pawar currently serves as Enfusion’s Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. In his role, he oversees the Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Client Services organizations at Enfusion.

A computer scientist by training, Neal has spent nearly 30 years in the financial services industry in a number of leadership roles. Neal has held senior operating roles on the buy-side of investment management, including as a Partner and CTO at quantitative firms D. E. Shaw & Co, and AQR Capital, as well as global operating roles as CIO of UBS Wealth Management and Group CIO of Deutsche Bank. Most recently he was COO and interim CEO of Qontigo, a provider of financial intelligence tools and indices for investment managers.

Neal is a member of the Board of Directors at CAIS group and a strategic advisor to Talos, a digital asset trading firm. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Brown University.
