Bronwen Bastone is Chief People Officer at Enfusion where she is responsible for rapidly evolving Enfusion’s approach to finding, retaining, rewarding, and cultivating talent in a dynamic people-driven culture. She has 20+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles across multiple industries, including institutional finance.

Previously, Bronwen led the human resources function at Exos, a B2B institutional finance platform, and held HR leadership roles at Brookfield, Cushman & Wakefield, and Knight Capital Group. In earlier roles, she worked at Merrill Lynch in both HR and trading capacities and at Robinson Stephens & Company as an analyst.

She holds an MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney (Australia).
